Act/Review

Once a year (or more frequently depending on the organisation), the organisational management team should take time out to review:

  • The status of the health and safety improvement plan implementation
  • Significant findings from the audit and assurance program
  • Trends arising from incident data
  • Any known organisational changes that are likely to affect safety management arrangements during the next 12 months or beyond

This helps to keep the management system developing continuously with refinements and new elements which reflect the business needs.
